This is what I use for my Kodak ZX3. Just make sure it's tight and you are good to go.

I just modified a suction cup mount, with some industrial velcro for my Kodak Zi8.
I suction cup it to the top of the tank, and even at well over interstate speeds it's never come off.

The hardest part is figureing out how to mount it to get rid of vibration that makes the picture all choppy and jumpy.
