64gb microSD + 6 hours + 8 beers = This!

@rojoracing53 gave me a 64gb microSD card and told me "watch this." 6 hours and 8 beers later this showed up on my desktop.

Nice video!

Could questions that I know are probably elsewhere but it applies here:
What program are you using?
What do you guys do to your cameras to get engine noise rather than wind noise?

I'm using power director 11. It blue screened 3 times while making this video. You CANNOT ask it to do more than one thing at a time. And I believe Jason records his audio separately with a mic. I usually run 2 cameras and take the audio from the rear, it has much less wind noise than the front

Guess I really need to invest in a decent PC program to improve my videos. Right now just running Pinnacle Studio on the tablet, and two freebie apps that fill in missing features (mirror and split screen). But after the last update it's bogging down when I try to export the file.

Hurm, hadn't thought about grabbing the rear audio. That'd definitely be a cleaner sound.

Power director has a 30 day trial so you can see if you like it.

Rear camera audio is good enough but it doesn't compare to using a remote mic or seperate audio recorder. It just sucks a bit trying to properly sync the audio to the video if I forget to honk the horn to have an audio spike to match up, and I forget a lot.

Here's one of my better audio files with some decent video.

Cool. With my vacation coming up, I'll DL it to get a good product and see if my system is capable of handling it. I really like your videos, even when they are the result of several beers!

I beep my horn on road videos but feel weird about doing that at the track (not that my dinky horn would be noticed) so usually go with a visual cue. What mic do you use on yours? I tried a few on the Contour that didn't work but couldn't find any at the store that was cheap enough to experiment with.

Teri, he records the audio on a separate device so he needs a sound cue to sync it
