Strange and Rare bikes of Taiwan not available in the USA

Hartford mini s used 1000usd+- new not sure, think its out of production but there are 1000's of them in Taiwan

Aeon my125 Mini but not that mini bigger then the hartford mini s 150 digital tach brand new 2100usd

CPI SM250 19hp stock light and fun 4000usd new, lots availible 2100usd used 1st year model 2010 was problematic

Honda nsr 150sp usually illegal plated as a kymco nsr150 very simlar bike but kymco made 20hp this one made 30hp

never officially imported to Taiwan but plenty of grey market bikes for 2100usd

Honda NSR250 grey market bike in Taiwan 2700-3000usd used 45hp stock v twin 2 stroke

can be bored out to 300cc for 60-70hp

suzuki RGV 250

Grey market bike 2800-3000usd not as common as the NSR 250 in Taiwan

Not sure some are legit some are grey market but interestingly enough a inline 4 cylinder 250

sounds a lot like a 600cc bike and has a 15k redline 45hp pricey in Taiwan for the power output

45hp 5-6000usd Used Still prefer a faster lighter cheaper 250cc 2 stroke bike over this one

Same as the 250 just a 400cc engine This one is legit and is a yellow plate bike 250-550cc

not sure the hp but heavy and pricey still not as fun or cheap as a pumped up 250cc 2 stroke bike

5000usd plus used

Yamaha r1-z 250cc naked 2 stroke pretty rare Think they made them 2 years more rare then a NSR250 45hp 2000usd Used

not a lot of performance parts availible

The second to last pic (blue Honda) was available in the US for a while as the 250 Nighthawk, 750 Nighthawk, and 919. Last pic (white Yamaha) was sold here with a 350 engine - I actually know someone who has one, in white no less!

I'd ride the hell outta that NSR250. Been looking for a two-stroke for a while but most of them that come up are too expensive (RD350/400) or too beat up (like a DT250 I looked at).

I forgot one more, a bike very popular and not rare at all in Taiwan

The yamaha fzr150 one of the smallest v twins ever made at 150cc

it can be directly swapped out with various yamaha 250cc v twin engines and

possibly the virago engine I see so many of these with different fairing

variations and 250cc engines

Yup, and the 750 Nighthawk was a beast of a bike. Had gobs of torque and HP, and was so top heavy it felt like you were riding a tank.
