Yikes Phil, sorry to hear about the bike, esp another CP Blue, but exceedingly glad you're ok. Hope you got his license plate #, if he didn't stop/stick around.

Donation part:
I've got a brand-new (still in the bag) spare OEM air filter. Lost the little Kawasaki sticker, but it's genuine. Give my airbox is out, I don't expect to need it, ever.

Are these still available?

I lowsided my girl and scratched the **** out of my bar end, I'd love to treat her to new ones.

During that wonderous slide, I hurt her right side fairing and front fairing, and right turn signal. I'll be changing the signal for flush mount, the exhaust is going eventually for a 2bros, but a new right fairing and front fairing would be awesome. She's CP blue, 08 250R, if anyone has anything or can point me in the direction of second hand options, money is tight right now :/

CZRoe expressed some interest, but I'm not sure as I haven't heard from him. First one to PM me with shipping address gets 'em.

PM'd.

If you are too late, Jez, sorry.

I somehow locked my front tire on the freeway Thursday and I'm pretty sure that handlebar vibration during decel was a factor. I need to get some back on there ASAP.

I've found that '08 CP Blue is the hardest to replace.

Anyone have a clutch lever that isn't broken? Mine is snapped at the end and while they aren't expensive online, it'll cost me just as much to ship it here.

Thanks again! Helmet came in last week. It's in great shape but I don't really like the way it fits me so I'm just gonna order the shoei.

This helmet is back up for free! Buyer pays shipping from 94901.

EDIT: This helmet is gone, and no longer available.

Got 'em! Thanks. That was quick. I didn't realize FedEx shipped between Guam and the US and kinda figured they'd charge an arm and a leg to do so (thought only USPS was at the FL rate).

Anyway, I assume that means you've gotten your package from me?

Well, I was in U.S. last Saturday, in SoCal actually. Cost me under 10 bucks to get em to you by Monday. Figured it was easier than shipping USPS and 2 weeks to 3 weeks from Barbados.

Talking Going out on a limb....

Does anyone happen to have one of these laying around?

It's some sort of ring/clip that holds the front brake line off the fender on the right side.

I actually have no idea what it looks like because it wasn't there when I bought the bike used.

I created a thread about it earlier here: http://www.ninjette.org/forums/showthread.php?t=76919

(BTW: This is a pre-gen we are talking about.)

I would just buy it online if anyone is willing to take a picture of what theirs looks like so I can make sure I'm buying the right part.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

yea, a lot needs to be replaced though. If I can get a new (used) front cowl and a new (used) headlight it will be good enough for me. But as you can see it has a long way to go;

Photoalbum is locked and not public, but good luck with the rebuild!

Anyone have a right stock rearset complete with brake pedal? I went down when the brake pedal caught the curb.

I've got an '09 blue front cowl if you're in need of one. It's rashed a bit on the throttle side, where it would meet the right lower cowling, but it's serviceable. The left pic shows some of the rash, but I didn't get an optimal angle to show the rest of it. All the main mounting tabs are there, but some of the dash holder tabs along the inside (right behind the upper section of the rash) aren't.

Picked it up along with the right low cowling from a local shop for ~$40. They were gonna can 'em after a customer had them replace after an off. I picked them up to build a 'spare fairings' set for the track, but my finances say that's not happening anytime soon.

Also, you might ping Richard from RaceBikeRentals to see if he's got any headlight assemblies left. He had some at one point several months back.

I just purchased a new one last night

but I appreciate the offer, and would have GLADLY taken it off your hands. Their are plenty of other members on the forum who could use one, I am sure someone will give it a new home

and I pm'd Richard a couple days ago and haven't gotten a response yet
