Picture Request: Front Brake Line Routing
Who wants to be the coolest person on the forum and take a picture of the routing of their front brake line for me? I decided to blow off some steam by finishing the replacement of my brake lines today and in my haste forgot to take a picture of the brake line before removing it.
The lines I received from Apex already have slightly different banjo bolts (the lower bolt is angled more sharply than stock), making the bend to the lower support bracket a bit sharp, so I'd rather not just route it however it fits and add more stress to the line than necessary. Anyone who responds will be rewarded with my eternal gratitude and a cookie! |

I think I've actually got it figured out now; from the caliper, the line runs up the right fork, behind the lower triple, then between the forks to the master cylinder. If that sounds dumb to anyone, feel free to correct me.
Also, a cookie for everyone for the first thing that's gone right today! |
