Where to get vinyl seat cover material?

This seems like a good place to ask: I just replaced my rear seat with a solo sport cowling. The original seat cover has a small hole at the rear tip and the stitching in the strap is mostly rotted away, so I'd like to recover it and use some of the original material on my cowl's rubber bumper. Ultimately, I'll be selling it along with my passenger pegs.

If the material's texture isn't going to match OEM anyway, it may as well be for a reason, like being colored. The most sellable color would be green, of course. So, I'd like to know where I can just get a sheet of bright lime/neon green vinyl to cover it with so I can sell it. Any ideas? I've been googling for hours and I'm not finding any good candidates.

I'm not looking for anything pre-made, though it does concern me that CustomSeatCreations'/Becky's website seems to be in a strange state of affairs. I'd probably get one from her if it ultimately proved to be cheaper but I really can't tell when the product isn't even on the site anymore.

Try googling Marine boat Vinyl and you might get something that will work.

I think the OP tried that. I tried that before but couldnt find colors that I liked. For some reason most places that sell marine grade vinyl only sell in black, white, shades of gray, and lame pastel colors.

Sorry for the unhelpful post. I've yet to come across a cool lime green vinyl piece as of yet. Maybe we could use white and paint it with acrylic paint? Dont know how durable that would be though. If I find something I'll let you know.

That may work but it's not very "bright" like Kawi green. Might be good on a Candy Lime Green 2012 Special Edition bike.

Uhh... not really. The whole point is so that it matches the front seat.

Have you checked out the website recently? The item itself doesn't even exist anymore. I remember that offer long ago. Is it really still active?

Are you kidding? I click "Kawasaki" on CustomSeatCreations.com and I'm taken to a page with nothing more than a Kawasaki logo. Other pages like "Vinyl colors" lead to a placeholder page with something like "Place description here." The site does not have it to put it into your cart.

Hey was doing more searching... what about this site?
http://www.seattlefabrics.com/vinyl.html

Scroll down till you see: Cutlass Marine Grade Upholstery Vinyl

Look at lime punch. That might be close to what you're looking for?

Thanks. I thought it was just a CSC seat cover that someone was selling one-off on a different site.

FWIW, you still pick the colors.

Let me know if it works out. My 09 should be that similar green.

Sorry for the massive photo... is there a resize tag for images?

Not for external images, but the board automatically resizes ones that are loaded up here in either albums or as attachments. I'll load it up now...
