new akrapovic slip on.. popping/backfiring questions

just added today.. sounds sweet , even better with silencer removed .. almost like a ducati supermoto lol

anyway when i decelerate and downshift to say 2nd or 1st.. the exhaust making a popping backfiring sound..

i added 2 washers when i got the bike and removed the snorkel , think i need a jet kit? remove or add a washer? any suggestions are appreciated

pics to come in a little bit

Yup, that will fix your back firing issue. It's super easy to do.

Fixed mine for sure. I'm running 3 washers, no snorkel, Dan Moto and has serious backfiring until I did it. Now it's perfect.
