Blue ink made him angry? Wow, someone's got a short fuse. I just think it's boring.

I never knew anyone could be that sensitive to ink color. I like blue because I used to have to wright with a pencil. Then in like first grade I got a Bic ball point pen. I thought it was a big deal. Like there is no eraser so you had to get it right.

Black to me is like calligraphy or Asian wrighting. Like art or something silly. Red is like something you use for emergency. Purple is girly but am good with that. One of the cool things about fountain pens is being able to change color

The office at work only stocks gel pens. And no one likes them. Ink does not dry fast enough for me

My work changes the supplies each purchase, needless to say if I find the ball points that fit my hands right I take a bunch. I then take them apart and mix and match the components to make my own version of them.

Oh, yeah, the Zebra pens are one of the few ballpoints I can use. I have red and blue. I think I have a black one somewhere but I never use it.

I like the way they feel in your hand. They are skinny like a pencil and have a comfortable rubber section at the bottom.

Amp is made by Mountain Dew which is the original energy drink before it was called that.

Wow yes now I remember Jolt cola. Mountain Dew is very mild compared to jolt cola and a big controversy started over the high caffeine content.

Caffeine in coffee and energy drinks used t give me the jitters and make my heart race but doesn’t anymore. I guess I have built up a tolerance?

I will sometimes get a bit of queasiness or hand tremors if I have a *lot* of caffeine but am otherwise apparently immune to it. I can drink coffee, and go right to sleep.

When I would go to visit my grandparents in Ohio (I was moved to Florida very young, been back since 08) as a kid, I would walk with my friend and his mom to the corner store to get Jolt. That stuff was awesome. It was nowhere to be found in the Tampa area. At least not where I was at. Do they still make it?

Energy drink wise, I love C4 Sport pre workout powder. The C4 Extreme is bad ass but more expensive.

Looks like you can buy it at Dollar General, Casey’s general store and at Amazon. https://www.joltcola.com/buy

I am a airplane buff of sorts. I flew RC airplanes for ten years. I helped a guy build an RV6. And I live near an airport that has really cool stuff come in. P51 mustang and a ford Trymotor. All sorts of odd jets and biplanes. I love to watch them take off and land.

As a kid I too got started in aviation through rc airplanes. After I graduated high school I enlisted in The Air Force as a mechanic and my love for aviation literally took off.

Not a pilot or anything official but I like airplanes. My dad flew little planes when I was a kid and went to the airshows and whatnot.

I have considered getting my pilots license, comes up a bunch of times. Work is in the aviation sector for commercial and military, electronics for the actuators that drive the flaps. Also in an RC club.

Spoiler for topic:
I have never actually flown in a plane

my grandfather flew aerobatics in the mid 1960's. this is his plane today, a doctor owns it. he sold it as he was dying back in 1972, i tracked it down last year and was amazed its still here. a 1950's model Dehavilland Chipmunk.
i am planning on buying a small plane one day, and getting a license. i missed our WW2 airshow this past spring. broke my heart. i love vintage aircraft.

Take it from me, it’s never too late. I had been putting off getting my pilots certificate for a long time. At 48 I finally decided to go for it and at 50 a earned my wings, I love it. Almost as fun as riddling a motorcycle.
