cam chain tensioner

So got a question i'm having a noise come from my bike and dealership is saying sounds like cam chain and noise goes away after q few seconds. Now they are saying the ninja 250 has a hydraulic cam chain tensioner is this true? I have a 2012 model

The cam tensioner is not hydraulic. It is spring and ratchet type. And prone to failure.

Didnt think so, Thanks man. Messed up shop told me it was since they are a damn kawasaki dealership and repair shop
