FS EX500 Rear shock

Pregen 250 owners, i have a ex500 rear shock that has 6,000 miles on it.
It does what it's suppose to, i have no use for it as i've upgraded to a fully adjustable shock but it cost me enough.

Anyway this is a direct bolt on upgrade for the pregen 250's as the 88-07 ex250 were underspung and has no preload adjustment (86-87 did but then they changed it)

Anyways ex500 rear shock $25+ shipping (usually around $17-$20 conus)

Does it raise the rear at all (not simply sagging less)?

no, the sv650 shock does though. by 1 7/8"
but you have to bore out the mounting holes from 10mm to 12mm
And spread the lower mounting legs by like 1-2mm

people say stuff about washers n this and that. i never used washers tho and mine worked perfect.
