Buying Ninja 300 w/ drop damage

So I found a used 2014 Ninja 300 with ABS on CL with 2k miles, I just sold my 07 250 with 10k miles, for 2k this past week and I'm looking to get back into riding so I'm going to check this one out on Sunday. The guy is asking $3300, I spoke to him via text and he seems like a nice guy, says he has clean title, etc. He also says the bike comes with an unlimited miles warranty thats good until October (Anyone heard of this and can shed some light on what it covers?).

Now for the cons, he says one day while he was at work he assumes someone sat on the bike and knocked it over. The left side has some cracks in the fairings (Going to post up pictures he sent me soon) and Im hoping you guys can help me in deciding whether or not it's a good buy. Furthermore, if the damage looks like it was crashed instead of dropped. My main concern is buying the bike and I find out after the fact the forks are twisted or leaking so I want to know if theres anything I should be checking for.

Also, this is my second bike I'm buying, my first was an 07 EX250 where I brought a friend with me to give it the once over. He isn't available this time around so if you guys have some tips for me on what I should be checking for it would greatly be appreciated.

It appears as if it was dropped and not laid over. A laid over bike would have lines along the fairings and more rash. That drop doesn't appear to be too bad if you can live with the cosmetic damages. You'd have to look into the Kawasaki Protection Plus to see what kind of warranty is might come with. https://kpp.kawasaki.com/

If ya put your pics right side up, it'd be a lot easier to see
