the caps look good. just a matter of people wanting to dress their bike up. and for 25-30 bucks it would be a nice addition. how close are the colors compared to OEM?

There nice looking but, IMO not worth changing when it does nothing different from stock. If it was thicker and tapped for a RAM mount then people could use it to mount there GPS, cellphone, etc.

I am in the process of dressing my bike up some, and might be interested in one. I need to get off my butt and actually look to see what exactly that part is though. haha

How about some rearset adjusters?
A cheaper alternative to full-bore rearsets. AFAIK Cycle Control is the only outfit that currently makes them, and they're (possibly) missing in action. They'd have to come with a longer shift rod, but I think other than that they simply use all the stock parts. Here are images and a link to the product page. The first image is, I believe, only representative. Appears to show an adjuster for a different bike. http://cyclecontrol.com/index.php?page=products/rsa |

I'd be in for a brake fluid lid!
I'll just add it to the list of stuff I want to get from you on the next order! |

ive seen this somewhere before, but you could make a similar part to the brake fluid cap, but slightly larger to replace the cap over the Kleen air system. so you can replace the original part that has the nozzle completely. would clean up the top of our engine block nicely, albeit that no one can see that unless they take the bike apart, lol
ps, do you have a website with all the parts that you are selling already? pps, found it i think, http://www.shinto-racing.com/ :P

I'd love to see a set of triples that would accommodate the smaller usd forks from other bikes. Getting such a part machined for a specific set of forks would allow us to keep most of the front end.
An alternative would be to machine a set of steering gearings that allow the whole frontend of a third party bike to be mounted to the 250s. Something entirely different that I'd love to see is a low-cut body kit to allow for clipons below the triple. Similar to what cheetha has done for the 650r That kit actually uses the windscreen off of a 636 |
