Knox BioMech Gloves - New vs. 1 Year Later

Just thought I'd post up some photos of my Knox BioMech gloves from when they were brand new and after having them for a year. The "1 year later" pics are actually from March 2013, just haven't gotten around to posting up my pics until now, but the condition hasn't changed much in the last 3 months either.

I've been riding since April 2011; these are my 3rd pair of gloves. First pair were Alpinestars Alloy gloves (sucked!), second pair were Cortech Adrenaline gloves (better, solid budget glove), and now these.

I'm not a track junkie; I commute and go for occasional joyrides just to give you an idea of the type of wear and tear these have been through. All in all, I've put about 8000 miles through these gloves between my N250 and my CBR I bought it in 12/2012.

I've only gone through and cleaned these once with leather cleaner/conditioner last winter.

Fitment on these was very snug at first, so much so I thought about exchanging them, however they did break in and fit great now. There's a little bit of bunching up on my pinky fingers because they're shorter than the finger length on the glove. Sometimes it leads to a bit if chafing when riding but not a real nuisance at all.

So far, they've been great and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone.

I have a set that I use for the track and highly recommend them. I've crashed in them...wait for it... 4 times. They're just about done being useful but I think I'll pick-up another pair because they've handled fantastically in crashes. Those palm sliders really held you coast across the pavement
