Motorcycle-Superstore.com?

Hi all,

Anyone have any comments about them? I've found some reviews and they're mixed. Their prices aren't the best but they have free shipping over a certain dollar amount. Just trying to make sure they're a reputable company.

Thank you for any assistance.

You're right, sometimes they are not the cheapest... though I've never asked them to price match, either. But with free shipping on most orders, that's where I go to most of the time. (Like 98%)

I have had absolutely no problems with them, what-so-ever. Looking at my notes, I have probably ordered from them, six times, in the past 2 years.

I usually purchase from them, Revzilla, and New Enough. They all have their strengths and I've never encountered a problem with any of them.

Have no problem with motorcycle superstore. Bought a few things from them. They ship fast for free. (3 days for my last tire purchase)

they are very reputable, i use them for most of my tire purchases and have gotten accessories as well and will be looking to them for some closeout gear soon. my favorite thing about them is i'm in california and they're in oregon so i get free shipping and no sales tax. pretty much makes them cheaper than anyone in california because even if the californian company price matches the tax still screws you.

I have bought a bunch of stuff off them and always great service and fast shipping. I plan on using them for tires since my friend closed his accy business.

I just bought an Icon Cool Rod jacket for $79, realized it was too small & returned it for a size larger. Not the first time that's happened with all the crazy sizings. Never had a problem returning or exchanging anything. They make it really easy.
I love the place and will almost always get the best deal from them. I also look forward to getting their latest emails, because some of those closeouts are really astonishing.
Over time it's become the first place I go for gear.

They are my #1 tire and product supplier. Never had a problem and items arrive on time. Love em I do New Enough only if its a great deal cuz here I get taxed being in state plus shipping.

I've bought several things from them, including some boots and gloves that are in the mail. I've never once had or heard of a problem with them.

Bought a set of tires, and a set of stands from them. Free shipping. Good service. They price matched the stands to newenough so I got the free shipping + lowest price

Motorcycle-Superstore is also one of my main supplier for gears and parts. Others I use are Newenough, Revzilla(free shipping on orders above $39.99!) and Motomummy(all free shipping!) depending on price/availability. They are all great. Bikebandit and cheapcycleparts.com for OEM parts.

I also concur with the above comments. I ordered my gloves, helmet, frame sliders, boots, and riding pants from them. The gloves were too large for me, exchanging them was a snap. Shipping is fast and free and the pricing is good.

i love them! have made several purchases, and been happy every time....a couple years ago, i really wanted something that was sold out everywhere...i called, and they did some digging, and found me one left in my size that was a return, so it wasn't on the website...i thought that was pretty kewl!

Good place for tires, free ship and the recommended installer I shipped to gave me a discount for mounting since I bought from that website.
