Haha that just means you have a nice glossy finish. Looks like a great job. Finally got my airbrush parts so I'll be painting some things on my bike and car soon as it gets warmer since I don't have a booth.

On the gas gauge, for some reason on my bike as of late I have to let it run for a few minutes until the gas gauge wakes up. I have no idea why it does it other than it being really cold out here

Well when I get a chance I'll check it out and let you know. You could try cleaning the connector with some electrical cleaner

God, that bike is going to look so sick when it's finished man. I'm actually getting quite jealous thinking about it. And then I think about how there's no way to fix my left faring without replacing it. And yeah... I'm super jelly.

word. I rock a 99 corolla most days. Its pretty chilly in the AM so I usually take my car anyways. I leave the house around 5:30am and its usually around 30 degrees so im a sissy and dont take it.

haha thanks man. Never thought anyone would be jealous of it, but it is turning out pretty good so far. Im pretty freaking stoked on it.

How bad is your left fairing? You may be able to fix it with fiber glass but its always easier to replace it. lol I took a middle ground and got one from Paul on here for free. Just paid shipping. It was damaged but nearly as bad as mine...

It probably could be fixed with some fiber glass and some time. But my problem is that I REALLY like the 2011 SE graphics. And to repair the old faring and make it look exactly like it did before would cost just about the same as a new faring but with 50x the work.
