Ninja 250r won't start

So around 6 months ago, I lowsided my ninja 250r , I haven't had time to look on it with school and everything. I finally got around to looking at my bike and trying to fix it up. I wasn't going too fast when I low sided it and there is very minor damage, mainly only fairings. However, a few days ago, when i tried starting it, it would only make this noise and the engine would not start, any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Battery is almost flat, needs a charge. That said, once it is charged, it still might be a pain in the neck to start. Sitting for 6 months with no prep for the fuel will almost certainly mean clogged carb passages.

I charged the battery before trying to start it, yeah the battery was dead when I first tried starting the bike, but I don't think its the battery's problem since the lights would come on and everything. Do you guys know what the noise is associated with?
