Opinions anyone?
Hey guys... I was thinking to get a second bike (150cc adventure / trail type bike) for touring purposes. The bike that I was thinking of getting is a Kawasaki KLX 150 or D Tracker 150. But then again, I do not have the time nor the equipments of doing the maintenance myself. As of now, all the maintenance for my ninja are being done at Kawasaki Service Centre.
My second thought is to convert my moped for touring purposes, setting up side boxes so that I could easily have few items in there. But the weight issue comes to mind. Having a current top box, with a few basic items such as foot pump, rain wear, chain spray, extra gloves, first aid kit, although not too heavy, does affect mildly on the handling of the bike. My third thought is to buy saddle bags, a gore-tex jacket and pants and use my ninjette for all the touring purposes such as above. Which is a best option for me?
