It's legit. I purchased a paper service manual from the dealership, and expect to pick it up this weekend. The electronic copy these guys sell (and I just downloaded) appears legit, though it's clearly not authorized by Kawasaki to be sold this way.

They gave me 20% off list, as I bought the bike there. I think it was $50 or so.
