Cool Gas problems

Hello! I have an issue, that I think I know the reason for but I want to ask anyway! This bike has set for three years, I took the carbs off and cleaned them because they were leaking through the overflow tube, and filled the motor with gas. I cleaned the carbs, changed the oil, and got it running, it sat and ran great, no leaks. So, I thought I was done, however, rode the bike for a few miles, still no leak, got back to the shop, let it run for a while, then it started shooting fuel out of the breather hose. My guess the petcock is bad, and it is letting fuel into the crankcase. If this is not the issue, can someone help me out? It has a vacuum petcock.

I'd be attentive to carb float needles/seats AND petcock

In order for it to do what it's doing, the petcock and the float valves need to fail.

Check the tank for debris, check the petcock screens, and replace the inline filter at the carb inlet as well.

If its not there...inspect a few inches up into the fuel line, may be crunched up in there. Quite common occurrence.

I'd ship it out to ducati man I can vouch for his work. Came back and I was almost certain he sent me a brand new one... But he shared photos of all the work and efforts he made.
