So my sister just totaled my mom's car. She turned in front of someone who had right of way and they nailed the **** out of her and her car ended up crashed into another persons car in their driveway. Of course she is perfectly fine and now my parents will have to buy her another car because she doesn't have money for one because she is saving up to move out. lol....

Seems like all is healing up, attitude is happy, PT is going well. I guess the only thing you need to beware of at the moment is being anywhere near your sister when she's driving.

Life is stupidly good here at the moment - gave my boss a letter that started,
"Dear Boss,
I will no longer be requiring your services..."

So all is well. I no longer need to sleep when the rest of the world says I should, working twice as hard but I get to watch formula 1 in the middle of the night.
The wee ninja has developed a squeak - checked for mice, none there. Otherwise that's all that's going on here.

Sooo, what's the synopsis of Mr. Jiggles so I don't have to read too much? Bike, recovery, nice sandwich lady?

No new job, started up my former business again. Horticulture - consulting and selling Iris and roses etc. From home but get to visit clients on the ninja :-)))
If things slow down, I may have to deliver pizzas on the ninja or something to keep the bucks coming in. Did a few biker portraits too, maybe some money in that as well. I'm kind of shy in real life so just having to 'suck it up, buttercup' and speak up to promote myself.

I saw the doctor today and he checked out the MRI for my wrist. He said there is a tear in the cartilage and if I continue having pain I may need to get injections or even surgery, yay surgery!!!! He thinks my leg is progressing well so far and supports the physical therapists recommendation to add in an extra sole to my shoe to even out the length of my legs.

In other news my disability claim has been denied effective from June 6th until I return to work. You heard me right, breaking a leg will only net you 2 months of disability, after that you should really suck it up and stop being a pussy and just go back to work. Typical recovery time for someone my age is 6-9 months but I guess AT&T thinks thats a gross overestimation of the recovery time needed.

that sux. i know that they may have denied it based on the type of work you do. for instance if you are primarily sitting while working, they may have denied it based on that. were you pt or ft? it's really dumb on their part, if you go back to work and get hurt, they can be looking at an even bigger lawsuit. lastly, you may be able to file for unemployment, due to your disability, but this could also cause you to lose your job in a round-about way when you go back.
