Are they all the same?
Here I am again! To catch up, I traded in my 2017 NINJA 300 ABS KRT in on a new 2018 NINJA 650 ABS KRT in Februray, 2020 (Great time to take on bike payments again and then have my work shut down..) I LOVE the 650; I have 18,000+ miles on it already. I took it to my first ever track weekend last weekend and had a ball. However, I think I would have even more of a ball if I had my 2008 250R back. But I've lost track of its provenance, so unless it shows up on CL, it's probably a lost cause. So I'm looking for another one--in green, of course. I had a chance to sit on a 2009 250R and it had the same look and fit. My question: Do all the Gen 3's have the same basic specs so i could expect any year to fit me like the 2008 and 2009 do?

Lori : old post but I figured I'd try to answer it....
in a word...Yes... odd variences between years realy don't change that much generally speaking but I guess by now you already know that. My 2012 250R ninja is a perfect fit for me except the handle bars are about 6" too low and unfortunately I have seen ZERO aftermarket bars that are higher a few that are lower but none higher... if anyone has seen higher handle bars for the Ninja 250R please say so. Bob........
