sharing for those who are interested. only valid at a brick and mortar Sports Authority. not all stores have the new gopro HD2. you also need to pick up a "friends and family" discount code. i hear you can get them from the front desk. good luck and let us know if you find one.

Checked for one in Atlanta and they don't have the Hero2 yet

I think the current HD one has been out for a while now. I got mine in the fall of 2010 and it wasn't new then.

I am currently waiting for my HERO2 to be delivered to my house! I did pay $300 for it though and Best Buy doesn't carry the Motorsport edition so that sucks. Missing the J-hook and Suction cup mounts but that's it.
