Does anyone have experience with these kinds of grips?

They look weird, unfortunately I have heated grips.

They look like the grips on my bicycle. Can't honestly see a reason for them on something like the Ninja.

Look up Ergon grips for the mt bikes. I've used them and really liked them for my long endurance races. I think on a motorcycle the left drip would work great but on the throttle side you would get any benefit because of hand position when you have the throttle open.
