I was going to rig a momentary switch and a slider, for the rich function.
Just haven't got around to it yet.

jk, I plan to take it off when I do the install of my hid kit. Might as well only take the tank off once. I'll keep it with my box full of carb related parts for if I ever sell the bike/have problems.

used the cable to tie some things and threw the lever away

free shipping is for any group buyers no matter the ammount of people, and so far as myself buying a kit, i did intend to do so when i made this group buy but ran into some financial difficulties, but maybe next time!

I'm really interested on this its just that I have not tinkered cagers especially motorcycles before. I know how things work just not sure if I am able to install this fairly easily. lol

Also, could I use the choke lever as the eco/rich switch with some mods?

for the choke lever maybe. like closed choke for eco. and full choke for rich. but it would have to be set to a button not a pulley. Might be something fun but might as well just put a button somewhere close if your going to go to that trouble.

It would be much easier to just extend the wires from the switch and use a handlebar mounted on/off switch.

I had a question about the header pipe and drilling the O2 sensor holes, is it a necessary step or can i skip it?

It won't be completely necessary, but tuning will be a lot easier with the oxygen sensors installed into the headers.

You can run it without O2 sensors, but you'll have to hook up to a computer while you ride and adjust the Lambda table depending on what data you get while riding.

I can walk you through it, but video is asking a bit much.

There's a thread in the pregen section about installing it on a pregen bike. I think that should get you what you're looking for in the search bar.

if you put in the o2 sensors you really dont even have to tune it. I havent messed with mine in months now.

I have been sitting on this ninja 250 for far too long. It needs a new set of carbs/ the exsisting ones cleaned. I would much rather have one of these kits. Count me in for one pregen kit.
