Idle issues

I have a Kawasaki Nina 250r. Whenever I take off the choke my bike doesn’t want to idle. It does whenever I let off the throttle just warming it up. I don’t know the cause. I have no idea what to even look at.

There are quite a few things that could be the cause, but the condition and adjustment of the carb is one of the major factors.

Look through this section for ideas - https://faq.ninja250.org/wiki/Intake

First thing I always consider is the gas. Is it fresh? Could it have condensation in the tank? Could the gas be bad? Draining the tank and refilling with fresh gas is a good first step if there's any chance it's less than perfect. Gas with ethanol goes bad a lot quicker than gas without.

Draining the floatbowls (and catching the gas) will tell you if there is water or debris in the system.
