latest cameras
Whats the best latest camera that is good for motorsports and will do pictures also?
I've discovered I need a motorcycle video camera but I also need a new camera for my hike coming up. My DSLR is too big and my small cameras are unreliable. Beat up fishing point and shoots that I wouldn't trust to record my trip. Is a gopro good for both of these things or isn't there a new one out now too or something? Help me out peops I need a new eyeball for the action. Kinda hoping it does pics and video but I'll be satisfied with just video too I guess if it's a noticeably better camera?

The FujiFilm waterproof shockproof dustproof ones take pretty good video as well as good pictures. Also has a 5x optical zoom thats housed internally.

Hmm I'm thinking like a sport camera like the Gopro.
Wasn't there another one? They do pictures also as well as HD video and they are fairly small for mounting to the bike and hiking up to high places on low weight.

Drift and Contoure are the other two popular ones. You need to go with the drift or go pro as you want an lcd to line up shots, The drift has a built in one the go pro has it as an add on.
