Zero Gravity Windscreens

Zero Gravity now makes replacement windscreens for the 2008 NINJA 250R.SR Series: Part #20-281 (direct replacement for OEM) Double Bubble :Part #i6-281(Slightly higher than OEM, slightly different angle) Sport Touring, Part #23-281 (4.5" higher, different angle} Prices are $79.95 for the SR, $89.95 for the Double Bubble, and $89.95 for the Sport Touring. Windscreens continued

Alex, As you have probably gathered, I tend to research things a lot. Spoke to Leo at Laminarlip.com--Toll free #866-540-5679. They make a windscreen that attaches to the OEM and is quite a bit higher. They make a racing version and a touring version. The touring version would be about $100.00. The attachment is via a "Velcro on steroids" made by 3M, according to Leo. Sounds like a small California company interested in doing a good job. Their product has been reviewed in Rider and Cycle World. Might be worth a look.
