$2500 on this coast. If the listings up tonight are an indication, >2k price tags are exclusive to the red ones. Can't be a coincidence.

These are the important details I look for when buying a bike:
Quote:
Still runs and shifts fine
Quote:
Have clean title if needed or wanted
On the side note, not that it should matter but:
Quote:
Frame is bent and front forks are bent
Use the following info to bring this well deserved bike back to it''s glory days:

Stunt bike with a salvage title? And the forks "could use replacing"? Um, if they're blown, don't they *need* to be replaced?

Good luck, dude.

The bike doesn't look that bad but him trying so hard to prove everything he knows in the ad makes me wanna vom dot com.

Plus I'd never buy a bike that someone else had "converted," into something else.

Ain't no 600 I'm aware of that will do 80 in first gear. 60 maybe but not 80.

And yeah, not riding something someone else has hacked up.

You really like how he just left the exposed wiring running down the side of the bike? That thing is hideous!

The ad isn't up anymore, but I stalked Craig's List for a long time to find the perfect deal. I saw an ad for a Ninja 300 at a really good price, but they called it a Suzuki Ninja. That made me think it was probably stolen.

Kind of want to ask the guy where the rest of the bike is
Seen plenty go for this price (mine included, paid $220), but they were all complete

Probably a chick. They usually know the color, and that's it. That could still be a legit bike for someone. Usually a clueless owner will not be able to stand up well during negotiations. Bet I could get that bike for $800.
