Well it doesnt get that much dust...since I dont get to see it that often when I do ride it, it gets washed about once a week. I hafta make it feel like its still loved and not neglected

And thats very true kkim. As soon as I get home from the airport I just look at my green ninjette and its like its saying "Yea ive been sitting here for a while...but I still kick ass and can carve it up "

If you rode more you'd get used to it and you would know how slow it is

I photo Tyke's Odo and since I was over there takin her picture with the new cam I scooted her around the storage complex a few times and settled snapped one.. (I tend to do these at the ends of my rides and so I have a catalog of Odo pictures)

(though this picture was taken with the Cybershot not d40)

I have not yet. Just got back from Oklahoma and plan on getting the bike checked out fully. I have a little vibration and hesitation in first gear.

I'd be very curious to know what they find. Be sure they provide you details if they need to adjust the valves... which valves needed what shims, etc.

I will definately post what they find. Good thing I have the extra warranty but I am hoping it is nothing major.

Nope not yet. I read in another forum where this guy checked the valves at 10k and it was within spec still. Engine sounds perfect. I'll have it checked at 15k.

Mileage: almost 1300 (I don't know exact and it's too &!*%ing cold in the garage to look)
I had to stop riding in the beginning of November because of the weather so I really only had about 3.5 months of good riding.

Rolled over 7200 last weekend.

Not looking forward to doing the valves and such at 7500 and I'm not paying someone else to do it. And I need to do the brakes soon and change the oil.

And do brakes, oil, and other 30,000 mile service tasks on my Corolla as well.
