2014 Ninja 300 basic track geometry

Hey folks, I recently picked up a track prepped Ninja 300 for my significant other to ride at the track. Needed some cosmetic repair that I've taken care of but am looking to make sure the geometry is good. It's got K-Tech carts and rear shock and basic stuff like clip ons and rear sets, track fairings, etc.

The forks are about 8mm above the top triple and there appears to be reasonable angle to the swing arm but the bike seems to sit very low and looks to have had some lowering dog bones on it but they measure to the stock length in the longest setting.

The springs are correct for her weight and I'm able to set the sag properly.

Any quick info from anyone that I could use to dial it in a little better? We plan to get it out to the local suspension shop but they're booked up for a month or so but she's planning to do some track days before then and some basic setup would help feel more confident.

Those settings will work just fine. Especially with K-tech fork & shock. Unless she's going to be racing, any upgrades from what's there now won't make much difference.

Even if racing, it won't make much more improvements upgrading beyond K-tech. With full Ohlins, you might make up 1 position, 3rd to 2nd. Not worth it unless your paycheque to feed family depends upon gaining that 1 place better in finish.

Better to work on weight-savings on bike.

Thanks but I'm not asking about swapping the components. I'm asking about configuration. Fork height, shock length, swing arm angle. What's the stock height that doesn't use the seat as a reference?

The bike is lower than other 300s for sure, belly pan almost rubbing in the corners.

What is length of dog-bones? Very well could've been lowered by PO.

Something wrong with shock then. Is it height adjustable? Stock shock-length is about 315mm. I usually have back-end about 10-15cm higher than stock. About 5mm longer shock-length.

Swingarm-pivot is about 365mm above ground

What size tyres are on bike?

Thanks! I'll take some measurements and see how they compare. The tires are the stock size I believe - 110/70-17 for the front and 140/70-17 rear.
