So I finally got around to making a full list of all the stuff done to my bike, enjoy!

 I guess I don't notice a whole lot of difference compared to my other pit buddies with out them. Then again the only comparison I have is spinning it with my hand on the stands. I think there is way more to gain by lowering chain and brake friction first.
