What's it Like to Ride This?

The guy had a interesting helmet (it was a car show at my church).

I don't like the feel of cruisers to begin with; I think I'd hate it even more with that gigantuous rear tyre.

I've ridden a Victory Vegas Jackpot before. Standard with a 250 rear tire. the tire is great... when over 10mph. but slow speed stuff was difficult and felt more unstable yet slower to turn than either of my bikes. multiple times i've seen people take slow speed turns dangerously wide, almost runnning off the road. the longer rake also plays a big deal going slow too. makes it feel like the bike wants to dive when turning slow.
The Victory High Ball though... thats a cruiser id like. (factory bobber look, and fit me like I made it for myself) now if i could only afford the $14k...

who am i kidding, if i had 14k id buy an RC8 hahaha

You'd almost have to be a cheerleader.

I mean, it looks like the seating position is a mix of motorcycle cruiser and doing jumping toe touches.

How I'd ride it anyway

Bad words won't keep you from getting into heaven, not that I'm encouraging you to say it. Nor will going to church guarantee access if you know what I mean.

That looks like a Big Dog. I have a friend who had a Big Dog, think it was the Pit Bull model, he had to sell it because his back is bad and riding that thing with no rear suspension was killing him. All the suspension that thing has is the rear tire. Those are considered "choppers".

Bikes like that are fun to ride, as long as you're going relatively straight. They're pigs at slow speed/walking and ned half the street to U-turn. The one in the pic looks like a rigid (no rear suspension). I prefer a softail (suspension like a "regular" bike or on the seat) though.

Im not sure how this is possible... Its a choice not something you are born with.

Im sure I would surprise people, (unless you read my blog) when I say I am a follower of Christ... I am just a little rough around the edges.

I rode an s83, aside from the massive rear tire I don't see too many differences to the style. And that thing was similar in comfort to a lawn chair, comfortable enough to enjoy sitting on it outside, but not enough to enjoy sitting on it for a long time.

And the power was unreal. I could get it to power wheelie no problem without dropping the clutch, at high way speeds even.

I could dig it if it weren't for the horrid image and impracticality of having a bike like this.

As have I. But I had to make a choice. Going to church doesnt really mean anything.

Although I still attend, that's not why I'm saved.

By the grace of God. And the sacrifice of his son Jesus Christ. What do they talk about in your church? lol

John 3:16 man?! "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."

Although I have to disagree about attending church doesn't mean anything comment...but I think I know what you meant by that.

If you mean what I think you mean by attending church then yes, I understand. But you should. You can't learn if you don't. That's what being a Christian means, learning, and fixing your mistakes. Also, by the just believing in him, it's not a automatic pass to heaven. You have to follow the rest too.

I just meant going to church isnt synonymous with being a "Christian"

I suppose you can do both.

Being a Christian means believing and following Christ and his example yes. Going to "church" isnt what saves you, right. In fact the early church wasnt even what we would consider a "church" The early Church was a group of people getting together in houses, and talking about Jesus's teachings. and trying to live like him. The buildings that we call "churchs" are nothing but shells. We, as Christ followers are the church. A "church" building is just a building. I dont see it as following rules. Jesus didnt come to give us rules but to set us free. I suppose I should expand on that, but perhaps another time.

Talk Bible stuff or Christian stuff with me anytime. Im always down to talk about it, and my faith in general.
