Exclamation Low Beam Bulb Replacement

Hello everyone,

I was replacing my low beam bulb yesterday, fairly simple, but when I was removing the old blub, the metal spring clip fell off and I'm having a difficult time putting it back to where it needs to be. Is there a trick to this or am I going to have to take out the headlight housing just to put the clip back in place?

i'm talking about the clip at the 3:00 mark of this video

I think you'll have to take it off, or at the very minimum, remove the left fairing. Doing it the way shown in that YouTube video is literally fumbling around blind.

Fold the clip back over where it belongs then just push it up. It should slide into place. If you are having trouble seeing you can hold your phone upside down and record a video and watch the screen so you can see what you are doing.

If there is enough ambient light you can do it without the video and just keep it on camera. I replaced the bulb at night and needed the light on my phone to see.
