Actually none, as I live in Florida and don't know anything about riverfront homes in the Mohave valley. That would be one of the most idiotic deals I've seen if anyone would be willing to part with shelter for a bike they can buy 100 times over.

Obviously it was intended to be humorous. He's barely got any actual mods on that bike and even if he did you'll never get more than about $3K for a 250. The comment about trade for a river front home was pretty funny

There are ONLY 5 OF THESE bikes in production. It is a collector's item - why can't you guys see that!!??!!! It doesn't matter that it cost more than a bugatti - this is #3 of 5!!!!

Someone else mentioned this is number 3 of 5 if so where can I read about this or get some info on it? All that money and no titanium parts? I've seen more exotic parts and metals on Supercross bikes.
Its hard to sell anything on craigs over 5k btw I elected this ad for best of Craigslist.
