finally..been years..

bought a new jacket and gloves just now..it's been years and well, my old stuff was kinda..well old or ill fitting...and my oakleys(gloves) are a different line of work per se.

so i went with this jacket:

to go with my vest/back protector and my helmet..both of which are Icon.

got some good riding shoes still and alreayd owned well built jeans and kevlar jeans as well as some of jsoc stuff and such.

10-12 years ago..wasn't so worried about this stuff..helmet gloves jeans was the gear of choice..not so much anymore, and now i'm all excited about gear...too long with sof community testing and choosing gets me all giddy now

i wouldn't say i'm ATGATT but i do wear what i consider the bare minumum.

just wanted to share lol

thank you sir!! not really fond of skulls..but the overall theme was kinda sleek..little diff than my norm lol.

i gotta say, i'm excited bout some new gear!!

lol thanks everyone!!

it's so crazy how far the gear has come, the jacket is snug even with some pretty serious padding...the gloves..wow and i thought my work gloves were nice...

i am still blown away in the newer helmets, it makes perfect sense, the spoilers and venting...but i had to ride today with my helmet from 2001 and wow..blows my mind...50mph and up it's liek someone trying to pull your head off while being in a paint can shaker lol

already had the helmet..so jacket and gloves was 270 shipped to hawaii..not bad really..3 days, totally awesome. worth the protection!!

the gloves, i really like em..their not too fat and dulling, i like feel, i like grip...so i have been heating up for 2 minutes in the dryer on delicate then wearing em while i doze off at night watching useless shows on TV...getting em ready..gonna ride tomorrow and really break em in.
