That New Guy
So I tried out Kawiforums and got a totalk of no help and 0 replies. 1 day here and I've got like 10 between my 2 threads. So I think I'll stick around awhile!
My name is Drew and I am a 22 year old rider with about 4 days of experience  My first 2 days were my MSF basic rider course, the last 2 were on my recently acquired 2008 ninja 250r.I bought the bike with 14000 miles and a bad speedometer for 1500 which is a steal for a starter bike in my opinion. It is currently in pieces in my garage until I get my speedometer replacement for my cluster. In my spare time I've gone over the bike, replaced rusty screws and made sure there are no leaks or issues on the bike. I also put in some LED backlights for the gauges to customize it a little and make it mine. Hoping to hey good mechanical knowledge from my stay and hopefully get a few rides in with some of you guys! |

Welcome Drew, nice to see another So. Dak. rider on here. I'd say you got a pretty good deal on your bike, I had to give $1200 for my 02 with 12,000 miles (and the plastic cracked and skinned up) a couple of years ago.
