Cheating on my Ninja

We're leaving at noon for the mountains for a couple of days. The Ninja is in the garage, but my Suzuki is strapped on the back of my truck. Time to hit some trails and forest service roads. I don't know if the Ninja is jealous, or looking forward to getting some rest...

Very tru...With a dual sport you can have the best of both worlds. Just have to have two sets of tires...one for dirt and one for street.

Probably jealous!

I know Marvin hears all the track stories, then he always gets left behind. Sherri has to give him a big hugg when ever we get back from the track, just to make him feel better

What kind of Yamaha?

By the way I had a blast. When I first got to the cabin, I got out my camera to make a pic... and I didn't have an SD card. I'm an idiot.

So... I focused more on riding and less on photography. Shame I couldn't make some pics though, because I passed through some amazing scenery. Doublehead Gap, Big Creek, Owltown Creek area. I did about 120 miles of dirt over two days, and had one pretty good crash climbing a hill. The crash wasn't bad. Uprighting the bike and getting it back down the hill took some engineering though. No damage to me or the bike.

When I'm exploring dirt roads and trails on a dual sport, I'm thinking there's not anything better, and that I don't even need a street bike. Then when I'm on a good twisty backroad on the Ninja, I convince myself that I don't I need a dirt bike. I guess I need both.

If it has internal memory I don't know about it. When I turn it on without the card, it displays NO CARD.
