Energica Motorcycles: new commercial agreement in Texas



Energica Motor Company S.p.A. is strengthening its presence in the US market: a new commercial agreement with AF1 Racing in Austin Texas was just signed.

Texas is the second largest US motorcycle market in the US.

Energica will celebrate this new commercial agreement this weekend with the demo lap of Ego Corsa at MotoGP Red Bull Grand Prix of The Americas with Colin Edwards and at the AF1 Racing party on April 20th evening. The Texas Tornado will join the event alongside special guests.

On April 22nd the 2018 FIM MotoGP World Championship will arrive in Austin, Texas, for the Red Bull Grand Prix of The Americas.

The Hermann Tilke-designed 5.5 km ‘Circuit of The Americas’ is a crucial hit for motorcycling enthusiasts with its cutting edge facilities and a capacity for 120,000 fans.

This time there will be one more reason to tune on the race as the two-time World Superbike champion Colin Edwards will be the third rider to get on track the Ego Corsa, FIM Enel MotoE World Cup electric motorcycle!

Colin Edwards has been dubbed by many as the “Texas Tornado” and was one of the most dominant riders to ever race in the U.S.
