Timing Chain rattle question

Hi everyone, 2nd and hopefully last question :-)

2010 250 with 32k miles.
There is an intermittent rattle on the right side of the engine, seems like it's most likely the timing chain.
I removed, cleaned and reset the tensioner, it seems to have good spring force but no way to really know. Little to no improvement when reset, though.

So first, is it normal to get rattles at 32k, would anything typically have significant wear at that point?
Then, is there anything else I can check without getting inside the engine?

Thx!
