I assume the turn signals on a 500 are the same as the old 250s, if so check out asiancycle.com

As for the turn signals, i think the suggestions above should be fine.

Cool. I'm not a "bro" btw. I'm a chick. And I promise to keep my 500-speak to a minimum. I was really just interested in finding mods for my bike and figured 250s and 500s of the same year, tend to have the same body style...

Wondeful idea! Never even thought to look for free air pumps (usually just 'borrow' the lab compressor for 20 minutes).
