Are these bike prices reasonable?

So I've been looking around for prices and I've basically narrowed it down to these bikes.

What do you guys think about the pricing ? (Prices are in Canadian and taxes are included. (pretty sure on the tax part...))
(Also, what does "Freight" mean, when a dealer refers to pricing?)

Aprilia:
1.New 2014 Aprilia Shiver 750 and it's going for $9,909.70.

Triumph:
1.New 2015 Street Triple (no ABS, non R version) - $10,799.00
2.New 2015 Street Triple (ABS Included, non R) - $9,999.00 (Better deal)

Yamaha:
1.New 2015 Yamaha FZ-09 - $9,523.00
2.Used 2013 FZ8 - $8,888.00 (3,296km on it)
3.Used 2011 FZ8 - $6,988.00 (5,928km on it)
4.2011 Yamaha FZ-08 - $7,998.00 (New/Used, I don't know, 58km on it but in the pre-owned section)

This. Paying extra money just because it's brand new and even more money to keep it shiny and having less fun on it to keep it in good condition is a fool's errand. The only benefit I see is that you won't have a previous owner to get mad at.
