What do you guys do to prevent yourselves from going crazy (overly stressed)? I start singing boy band songs in my head...lol.

Motorbikes or Dog, both very fun to play with and stress relieving. The stupid faces he can make can make me smile under almost any circumstance.

Are we talking about stress like you can't find your keys stressed or stress like you're about to be laid off stress?

For the former, I sit around and play some killzone 3 or medal of honor. For the latter, I tend to shut down and watch action movies and sleep a lot.

I ride my bicycle, go running, or shoot my bow. I just transfer my stress elsewhere. Typically I do some kind of physical exertion.

LOL @ romcoms. I can't watch those unless I'm in a really good mood. Action movies with lots of violence tends to soothe my nerves. Same way when I was in high school. I couldn't sleep unless I had some heavy metal playing.

Man i miss Bob Ross, and did i just watch 4 mins of asn ppl humping? i guess it was worth the red head toward the end.

to the OP there are a few things i do to wind down and god knows i have alot of stress in my life.

1. Ride the ninja (sorry)
2. Spend time with my two daughters.
3. Shoot some of my guns.
4. Reload ammo for said guns.
5. Play Shooting games on the comp and talk mess to all the ppl i wreck.
6. Do some graffiti art.

and last but not least by any means

7. Watch jiggles troll.
