HD new Superbikes

Just when you thought it couldn't get any better (Harley's Sport Glide beating BMW S1000RR HP4 in every category and a top speed of 233mph) Harley comes out with a new, even better, model for urban hipsters called, "Bronx". They aren't letting the public in on too many specs but rumor has it that it will compete with Triumph, KTM, Yamaha, Ducati, Aprilia, and out performing them beyond belief. With 0 to 60 times in the low 2 seconds, 0 to 100 to 0 in the low 4 seconds, and a top speed over 200mph this could be the bike for zipping around town.

Got a link to an article? I’d like to read up on this. Suspecting a bit of Onion Journalism or fake news.

Harley has trademarked the name "Bronx" for a motorcycle and line of motorcycle parts.

But they haven't said anything about what it will be.

My guess is a cafe racer or scrambler based on the liquid cooled 750.

I was looking for an article on this supposed BMW S100RR HP4 beating Harley that could go 233 mph. I've ridden several Harleys over the years and not a single one of them would be comparable in any actual performance based metric to the BMW.

Well here is the Harley Davidson Sportglide he was referring to.

https://www.harley-davidson.com/us/e...ort-glide.html

I think the only metric that it beats a BMW S1000RR HP4 is weight.

Well it has a fairing so it must be able to go fast right?!

Watching the video in that link had me laughing. The rider seemed surprised when his forward pegs touched down. Might have given him a bit of a butt pucker moment.

I can see how Cowboy's trademarked sarcasm may have been confusing.

Hard to tell these days. I’ve been preached to a time or two by the Harley faithful when I have dared to blaspheme.

Interesting that Harley could trademark the name Bronx. Is everyone that lives there now going to have to pay Harley when they write down their address?

Yes, and I expect toll gates to be built at the border.
