2011 Brake Calipers and Lines Modification

Greetings,

I want to change the stock calipers and brake lines with these items:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...X%3AIT&vxp=mtr

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...X%3AIT&vxp=mtr

Will they fith without modification?

For calipers the seller told me that my forks should be set to 84mm from bolt to bolt for mounting. Is it in our ninjas front and rear?

Not sure about the caliper, but the lines are fine I did a DIY on them. Do they give you an option of colors on ebay?

almost all motorcycle brake line ends are the same fyi. the banjo bolts vary in length depending on if its 1 or more lines. the ends of the lines can sometimes be bent to accommodate a specific bike, but as long as the line is long enough and is not some weird exotic it should fit... that being said, 100 bucks is really overpaying for 2 steel braded lines

i am actually currently using the ninja brake line on my fzr temporarily

I could find 1 DIY about it but it shows only front line montage. Couldn't find one for the rear.

Item name says it's for ninja250 so i think bolt ends will fit. But i don't know anything about the calipers. Didn't c anything here about the caliper modification

ejlover,
about the brake lines, you can go to their on-line store http://www.kyleusa.com/ and get them for $94.95. I don't know which has better shipping to Turkey, shipping from their store or their ebay link.

Alex.s,
is there somewhere that has Spiegler brake lines cheaper than $94.95 for both? Just wondered. It's on my to get list, sometime down the road.

For the lines there aren't any necessary modifications, its plug and play. For that red caliper you posted there will probably be modifications required.

Probably a few of the reasons spiegler is more expensive is
1. There are many color options to choose from.
2. They build them on order (It doesn't take them long to do though).
3. The lines are DOT and something else certified which most ss lines don't care to worry about. Plus you get a lifetime warranty.

Thanks for the information

Then I'll go with caliper caps instead of replacing them and change the lines later when the stock ones needed to be replaced Thanks to you all

By the way I also found this SS lines:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/110719426509...84.m1423.l2649

They are also DOT approved and comes in different colors. A little cheaper option for the ones who want to change their brake lines

Looking at the picture of the caliper, the brake pads look smaller than stock and the caliper most likely needs a mounting plate as well. Mounting bolt holes on the Ninja forks (center to center) is much smaller than 84mm. It's more like 4.8 cm (48 mm). I'd be a little cautious at buying a brake caliper for $25.00.

If you are wanting to improve braking performance, keep your stock calipers, change to SS lines and get some new pads.
