Is it a mod for the PC version or is it an update that'll be released with the PC version? And if so, would the PS3/xbox get the update too? Its beautiful! I need info!

not a mod. stock gtaV for PC. x360 and ps3 can't handle the demands of the new updates so they will stay almost entirely the same when PC launches. and you won't be able to play cross platform between consoles and PC.

Did anyone else notice when the random car ran the police roadblock in front of the rider and didn't knock over the cone?
