That was extremely stupid on the riders part. Going 50+ in a residential neighborhood, running stop signs, and lane splitting in a non-splitting state. He probably was a new rider too. He was definitely speeding in his crash vid, such a shame to see a ninjette get wasted

^ its is a shame bro, i know in cali you can do lane splitting but here in NY u cant, believe it or not i ride my bike here in brooklyn the most a 30, 35 becuase i know there's a lot of assholes not signaling when they come out of their parking spot, always failed to yield, or give u the right of way.

Yeah, Squidish. The guy rides like that without gloves. Lucky he had them on in the second video.

uh....srs

excessive speeding, cant downshift, rolling to a stop in neutral, no gear, speeding up when the guy in front of him is breaking.

2nd video, instantly locks rear while trying to turn (can see it in slowmo), most likely yanked on the front while trying to turn aswell lol, insta fails and down he went.

deserved it, no sympathy, wonder if he received some decent injuries.

He has a fuel gauge on his dash. To my knowledge, all the stock FI ninja 250s have a temp gauge instead of a fuel gauge.

It's way too smooth to be carbed, and he doesn't have an enricher lever. Maybe he converted it. It's a good sounding bike, too bad he wrecked it.

Also carbed bikes die when they fall over, found that out the hard way

this is what confused me. When i tipped my bike it shut off almost instantly.

it looks like it cooould be converted to FI, cant quite tell from the 1st video. on the left handlebar with the lever is supposed be is a small dark looking gap, just cant really tell with the quality of the vid >.<

That was just dumb. Luckily for him he was wearing gear in the crash vid though. Way too aggressive riding for the area he was in. Tries to blind pass, realizes he can't and panic brakes while still leaned over. I don't think he could have avoided a crash after putting himself in that position no matter what he did though. The only possible way to save it would be to stay up and go through the small space between the van and the car he went under but I can't tell from the video if there was enough space anyway.

video should be labeled "how not to ride in the city"

My bike is FI and dies when it falls. There's a tilt sensor built on the frame. He probably took it off

That's why I don't like it. Maybe only a front ABS would be good?
