A pic of my bike and a few ?s
Hi my name is tyler I’m 27 and have a 09 Ninja 250r runs great but I ride on highway any suggestions for better gearing also my forks seals are toast should I replace with different kind or stick with stock any suggestions welcome

 Wow, that's awesome paint job!  I like using 16t sprocket in front for freeway cruising. Much more relaxed. Stock fork seals work fine. Just did mine last month. |

Welcome. Factory seals are great but if you want to save a little money "All Balls Racing" sells seals as well. I used them on my CBR and 1k miles later and 2 trackdays it's still good. Enjoy your bike you'll get a lot out of it.
