Unhappy Lost carb part, need to find replacement

Hi guys, I bought an 06 Ninja 250 not too long ago and was going through the carbs and I suspect I dropped a piece along the way and I can't find it on the ground. It's part number 9 on the attached image. Is there a place I can buy one of these things? I can't seem to get anything out of google.

Thanks!

Well, thanks for the help buys but I did manage to find it. It was sitting inside of a paper towel that was on the floor. On to the next part of the project, figuring out why only one cylinder is firing. (I'm betting old clapped out spark plugs)

I almost lose the same piece, I was blowing off the carb with compressed air and that piece shot across the garage, took me a good hour to find it.

with the main jet holder (emulsion tube) removed....they sometimes fall out, sometimes hang in when the carbs are tilted right side up.

Very common for these to go MIA and not find their way back in....resulting in major running/starting problems.

Their presence should be visibly noted upon both disassembly and reassembly.
Especially at $31 each.... jeez

Furthermore, I'd suggest cleaning the inner walls of any gook or slime....I routinely treat them in the ultrasonic machine with other stuff.

Yup, I went through each and every part in the carb with cleaner after a soak in pine-sol. Seemed to work for the snowmobiles and it's been recommended over on the ninja 250 wiki. In the interest of not throwing up a bunch of threads, I'm consolidating stuff over to a single thread on this restoration project. It's over here.
