Check the 30 amp fuse just under your tank right under the front of your seat. Also, make sure the red harness is seated firmly, it has jumper plugs.

Do your gauges light up?

EDIT
Some simple stuff to check.
Kill switch, starter relay, ign fuse, bike is in neutral with kickstand down, etc.

Weird. I wish some others would come on with more ideas. Un plug an reattach all your connectors perhaps.

Ok, maybe it's in your switch housings. Did you remove them or just unbolt the bar mounts? Try temp remounting them and see what happens.
Edit
Pop the switch gear open and make sure nothing has popped loose.

If ANYTHING electrical works (not including starter), the 30 AMP fuse is good. Check ALL of your fuses in your fuse box to make sure they are good.

NO START as in the starter does NOT turn over? The starter has no fuse, so it would seem to be a starter problem. However, you have other electrical issues, so I bet the Run switch has an issue, especially since you have been messing with the handle bars. You sure you didn't unplug any harnesses and not plug them back in?

I don't think so, they should both split in half. I'll look in a few minutes.
EDIT
Confirmed. The screws hold the two halves together. There are a ton of wires/ plugs coming out of both switch gear housings and your IGN switch.

I am not familiar with the anti-theft function but I know that the F-series was updated with one and you may have a mis-matched ignition. As I recall from the ignition key delete thread, the CDI checks for some kind of resistance somewhere before it will allow the bike to run. I would think that the starter would still turn though, but I really wouldn't know. Worth looking into?
