Small question regarding oil check

Hiya! Im a bit confused and need some help to clear this up
Yesterday I changed the oil/filter, had someone hold the bike vertically and filled the oil up to the high mark. Thought that's enough oil, went for a small ride and that's that.
But few days later when I was about to take it out for another ride, I held the bike vertically to check the oil and saw that there was barely any oil in the glass. I dont see any major leak on the ground except a few drops probably from forgetting to clean the oil filter cap. Where did all the oil go??
Edit: i also see the oil pressure light on during idle

After you fill it up the first time, you should start the bike for about a minute then turn it off and fill it up to the line again. You have to purge the dry filter with oil to get the correct amount in

If you looked closely you'd see he has a ninja 250, they don't use a spin on filter, they use the internal filter which is pretty much impossible to pre-fill and fit to the bike so you have to purge the filter by running the bike then filling it back up.
